This piece is a collaborative project with Julien Roberson. We have many mutual friends and didn’t realize until recently! In one of the most Milwaukee stories ever, I recognized him at Summerfest and we were able to meet each other properly. When I saw all his incredible work drawing characters, I knew he would be an incredible talent to include in the project. I love the life Julien brought to the barkeep and the two patrons, and he captured the feeling of being enthralled in a hilarious story so well. I had the joy of collaging in little trinkets into the background, and it was a joy to work on this with him.
