This piece was an admittedly very last minute collaboration with the one and only Miguel Leija! Miguel and I met very recently over the summer performing in a show for Milwaukee Fringe Fest that was brought together by our mutual friend Joshua Yang. He is mainly a musical artist, but as I soon discovered, is also very talented in visual art as well. When one of the other participants in the project had to drop out last minute, Miguel stepped up to my desperate search on Instagram and drew incredible life into the maid and butler characters. They were originally drawn in marker and I brought it over into the graphic world to give them a beautiful scene to sit in. Mixing my style with markers was a lot of fun, and I think the final result is incredibly beautiful. So Miguel is the savior of this whole thing!
